O hotel superou minhas expectativas.
Por ordem: localização espetacular, fica em frente a praia de Boa Viagem e ao lado de uma Smar Fit, a academia que frequento. Conforto, quartos e banheiros grandes, cama com um bom colchão, ar condicionado potente e TV a cabo funcionando bem. Café da manhã excelente e em um local com vista para o mar. Por último o Wi-Fi que funciona com perfeição e pra mim que viajei a trabalho foi de grande utilidade.

Precisei esperar pelo fornecimento de água quente no banheiro: levou mais de duas horas para que reparassem o problema. Pior, tive que ir ao lobby várias vezes e demonstrar, repetida e sistematicamente, meu descontentamento. O problema se repetiu na manhã do dia seguinte! Total desconsideração pelo hospede e, en passant, não merece quatro estrelas, sequer duas: não retorno mais aos hotéis desta rede!
